A B2B wholesale platform on Django and PostgreSQL handling over 10,000 transactions a day, with multi-role access, order tracking, flash sales and Stripe payments on AWS. After that, a food delivery product with Redis caching and live order status over WebSockets. I also moved the team onto Docker-based CI/CD, which cut release time by about 70%.

AI products for an education and coaching platform, built end to end. One scores academic submissions against rubrics the professor sets and returns feedback section by section. It brought turnaround down from roughly six hours to 25 minutes and was in use across the university within a semester. The other turns raw source material into LMS-ready courses in nine steps, with SCORM and xAPI export.

A small team I co-founded, working for clients in the US, UK and EU. I owned architecture, backend APIs and deployment. We built a realtime voice booking agent on the OpenAI Realtime API, Twilio and Stripe Connect, a prospecting platform that qualifies around 7,000 leads a month, and a legal research assistant covering Pakistani civil, criminal and constitutional law.

Retrieval and document work in production. A question-answering platform over a large corpus in more than 20 languages, answering with citations. Most of my time goes on the less visible half of it: finding silent truncation in long outputs, cutting time-to-first-token by redesigning the request pipeline, auditing vector search, and removing the knowledge sources that were making retrieval worse.
